Production Flow
1, Preparing the material:
wood powder material: 80-100mesh wood powder, it can be made from wood sawdust, rice husk, rice straw, wheat husk and straw, cotton staw and agriculture wastage. machine need is wood crushing and pulverizer machine
plastic material: recycled PP/PE plastic after washing and crushing into flakes. machine need is plastic washing and crushing line.
2,WPC flakes making machine
Mixing: put all the material into the mixing machine, such as PP/PE recycled flakes, wood powder, chemical additives
Extrusion and crushing: use the extruder to make the mixture into composited WPC blocks, and then crushing the WPC blocks into small WPC flakes
3, WPC products extrusion-molding
Extrusion and molding: the WPC profile extrusion line is equipped with conical double screw extruder, mold, calibrating machine, haul off machine and cutting machine.
This line can make different WPC products by changing mold, such as WPC decking, WPC wall cladding, WPC fence post, WPC fence panel, WPC pergola profiles, WPC house profiles.
4, WPC product Surface treatment processing machine:
sanding, brushing and embossing process can make the WPC products with nature wooden grain which is good accepted by customers.
